they just wanted to have a little fun..

when we were in colorado, i promised my girls they could have a photo session where they get to dress themselves...do their own hair and make-up. to make it a little more fun...we asked our friends kids to join in. the kids have know each other since they were born...so they're basically cousins! check out the results:



the girls range in age from 6 to nearly 3. they all love each other but still manage to argue like sistas!!







these should be horns, but i didn't have that shape...see even she's can't i put angel wings on her.

road trip!!!

howdy folks. well we just left Nevada and now we are Colorado bound. we've managed to stuff all our luggage, the kids and the family dog into the car and we are heading east. I will be checking emails whilst we are gone...so please let me know if you need anything.

3/4ths of the kurtz family

hey there. look at me go!! i'm totally keeping up with the blogging. i know it's only been just over a week...but i'm so proud of myself!! ha ha ha...

so i met up with the kurtz family during my last trip to hanford. unfortunately, daddy kurtz was on cruise during the session...but we still made the best of it. i'm proud to announce that daddy kurtz just returned from deployment last week...just in time for mamma kurtz' birthday. congratulations y'all!! now onto the pics...

i bet you'll never guess how old the oldest is. ;)



the youngest kurtz was in stealth mode...so i was excited when he sat and watched the bubbles...

paddle for pediatric cancer

becky and i were thrilled when we were asked to photograph the angel kiss foundation's 2009 paddle for pediatric cancer. we photographed the event last year and it was a blast so we knew what we were in for...and it certainly didn't disappoint!

this year there were more costumes...more rafters and a whole lot of fun. the great thing about the event, the money raised goes to help kids with cancer.
